The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a secure area, just off the city center, On the plus side : close to the train station and the old town, quiet street and building. The staff were all extremely friendly and affable. The location was magnificent, at a moderate distance from House of Mosaics.

Great value for money with a clean and bright room, comfortable bed, and a relaxing bathtub in the bathroom. The location was excellent, close to the Roman Walls and within walking distance of shops and attractions. The staff, especially Sara, were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been more diverse and appealing.

The Gran Via apartment provided us with a comfortable and spacious stay. The database mentioned that there was enough room to spread out, and I completely agree. The apartment had a nice layout, allowing us to have some privacy even in such a small space. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which was a definite plus.
The only minor negative aspect mentioned in the database was the narrow space around the bed. While this was true, it didn't bother us too much, as we spent most of our time out exploring Lugo.

Easy check-in process and secure underground parking available for a reasonable price.
Felt very at home and had no complaints whatsoever.
